Supplied by Solomons of Camberley (Ford).

Anglia Car Auctions, King's Lynn -

"Chassis number: WF0FXXGBBFBK00167. 1,593cc. This Ford Cortina Carousel was retained by the first owner until 2021 when acquired by the vendor. The car has been off the road for sixteen years between 2006 and 2022. It benefits from a new cambelt fitted in January 2022 and clutch kit in April 2020. The mileage of 34,335 is believed correct but there is little history apart from the first and current V5s, MoT, original tax disc holder and spare key. Driven eighty miles to the auction."

Estimate: ÂŁ8000 to ÂŁ10,000. Sold for ÂŁ8532 including premium.

These are my favorites.

Some of you have probably seen these shoes a few other times.

This time you get to see them several times at once! Yay!

52 Weeks in the SPC. Week 6/52

For more information on this project click here!

My sixth entry for the 52 Weeks project. I like the first umbrella shot we did ( click here for that one ) but since I cheated and shot that two weeks early, we had to revisit this one.

Old MacDonald's Spooky Farm is a veritable treasure trove of photo good times. Megan and I have made a few trips out to the farm with a few more in the works - we haven't exercised all the demons in Spooky the Bear just yet.

This is a slightly darker take on the work Megan and I did in the Spooky Barn. I gelled the flash with a deep blue/purple to match the colour of the umbrella and bicycle seat and went to work from there. The shadows on the crate + bike tell me my flash to the left went off, too.

Yesterday I did an engagement shoot with my brother Jim and his fiancée, Lisa. We shot more than 500 frames over a half dozen locations and once again ended at Old MacDonald's Spooky Farm. A treasure trove, I tell you!

I have been painting and weathering this flat car to make it look like it has a real wood top. It is plastic and started all oxide red.

I used the reversed kit lens for this again like I did last week, only the macro shot here is of a tiny water drop coming from our bathroom faucet and I am merely refracted in the lens created by the drop of water.

Comparison between F Scale and O Scale. The F Scale boxcar represents 3' narrow gauge on "G Scale" track (45mm gauge). The O Scale boxcar is On3 meaning it rides on 3' narrow gauge track which happens to be HO scale track (in a convoluted math game).
