5 exposure (-2,-1,0,1+2) fisheye capture of Spaceship Earth.
"Ours is a time of unprecedented choice and opportunity, so let us explore and question and understand. Let us learn from our past and meet the challenges of the future, let us go forth and fulfill our destiny on Spaceship Earth." - Spaceship Earth Script Version 2 (1986)
Das Tropenhaus in Kew Gardens sieht doch wirklich so aus wie ein viktorianisches Raumschiff. Ich warte nur darauf, dass es unter Getöse abhebt.
Just a simple shot of the palm trees near Spaceship Earth.

Long Range Overpowered Fighter Escort Dubbed "The Beast"
This is my first real attempt at microscale lego, i'm new to this so i would appreciate any constructive criticism. And yes, i like spaceships that are complete overkill
Made for the "Out of this World Space Builds!" contest on Ideas. Neo-CS ship, with its docking robot.
Multipurpose Fighter - One Pilot, Orange Squadron
I wanted something in near future Spaceship style, with wedges, corners and a military jet like style. I also got a lil influenced by SW designs, but i tried to really come up with something "new".
I didnt want it too big, so the area of possible impact is small - thats why i left wings out and made it compact. It has four guns, 2 large ones in front and 2 smaller ones on the sides to have a crossfire like field. The side Jet Engines and engine covers are movable, to allow a different air flow for different speeds - still, everything stays close to the main body so nothing can get "shot" away.
The cockpit is also movable for the pilot to fit in.
Enjoy my first ever finished Space Creation ;-)

Sorry, so far I haven’t managed to finish my vipers until late at night, so most of these posts will be a day late. I thought it would be fun to try a ninjago viper. I haven’t built for this theme in a long while, but I think it turned out rather nicely! This was heavily inspired by Leonardo Lopez. All comments and criticisms are welcome, happy building!!!
A view of Epcot's Spaceship Earth as you enter the park.
The plaque on the fountain reads:
"Your wishes will help us to make dreams come true.
Thanks for your donation to Disney Hand.
Worldwide outreach for the Walt Disney Company".
Spaceship Earth is the iconic and symbolic structure of Epcot, a theme park that is part of the Walt Disney World Resort. One of the most recognizable structures at the Walt Disney World Resort, it is not only the centerpiece and main focal point of Epcot, but also the name of the attraction housed within the 18-story geodesic sphere that takes guests on a time machine themed experience using the Omnimover system. The 13-minute dark ride shows guests how advancements in human communication have helped to create the future one step at a time. The attraction involves a timeline from the origins of prehistoric man to the dawn of the 21st century, where guests can then create a future for themselves.
Moved forward. Shot during the 2010 Franklin Park Railroad Days. Also the first time I met the Wagon Master in person. One of my personal favorite RR photos

Spaceship Earth (also referred to as the Giant Golf Ball) is a dark ride attraction at the Epcot theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Bay Lake, Florida. The geodesic sphere in which the attraction is housed has served as the symbolic structure of Epcot since the park opened in 1982.
The spaceship was created because I wanted to create something beautiful. The project was born from love to sci - fi. This is my first MOC after the DA.
You can find it on the lego ideas. Support very welcome.
A couple of small spaceships I made with the challenge of using as many NPUs as possible. Hope you like them!
Class 9F 2-10-0 steam locomotive 92214 on the Severn Valley Railway, SVR. The Swindon-built, ex-British Railways engine was visiting the Severn Valley Railway from the Great Central Railway in Leicestershire. It is pictured here with the 3.26 p.m. Santa Special from Arley to Kidderminster in Worcestershire just after sunset on Sunday December 7th 2014. The train has just left Bewdley and is heading up towards Kidderminster Tunnel, close to the West Midland Safari Park. Just before the train arrived there had been a flurry of vapour trails in the sky but most had quickly disappeared just in time. There were quite a few photographers gathered here as the thermometer dropped to around zero. This was the first weekend of operation at the SVR for the 9F - known to some as a Spaceship - which was visiting the railway to help out with the intensive running of Santa trains until January.
Using some leftovers from SHIPtember. Actually, it's a delaying tactic to put off sorting. "Look, I don't need to sort--I can make ships outta all the ship that's lying around!"
Actually it's not a Spaceship or Stargate, It is made on Planet Earth,
but it looks like so !
With two strong flashlights and blue foil on a tripod I lit the sculpture from the inside, the surrounding headlights do the rest (maybe I should cover them next time more), edited in LR.
On a trip last spring to Walt Disney World, I took my old Nikon fg20 and captured Epcot in film!
Have you taken a film camera with you to Disney, too? We started our Disney trips on film in 2002 and enjoy revisiting the film camera at the parks.
Spaceship Earth | Epcot, Walt Disney World
Spaceship Earth is the iconic and symbolic structure of Epcot, the second of four theme parks built at the Walt Disney World Resort. One of the most recognizable structures of any theme park, it is also the name of the attraction that is housed within the 18-story geodesic sphere that takes guests on a time machine-themed experience using the Omnimover system. The 15-minute dark ride shows guests how advancements in human communication have helped to create the future one step at a time. Passengers journey back in time to witness the origins of prehistoric man. Passengers then make several stops to witness important breakthroughs in communication throughout history—from the invention of the alphabet to the creation of the printing press to communication via computers. Then, after answering a few questions, Siemens technology allows guests to see what their future will look like.
