Another example of trolleys being stacked on top of each other, this image was captured in Sheung Wan. It was interesting to see that despite the various sized trolleys, the person who created this stack of trolleys was able to balance them one on top of the other without the stack collapsing. This 'stackable' framework may have been an unintended design aspect of the trolleys.

The first Hong Kong style trolley's that I saw made out of wood found near the Street Markets of Yau Ma Tei. These trolley users have opted for the wooden trolleys over the conventional metal trolleys possibly due to the fact that these wooden trolleys were large enough to transport pallets of goods at a time. But also the fact that wooden trolleys may be easier to repair than metal trolleys if they are damaged.
This array of trolleys was stacked vertically outside of the Tai Shing Street Market, all of which suffer from a degree of rust and degradation. There is a high possibility that nearby street market utilises these trolleys to move fresh produce and stock around the markets. It was interesting to see that these trolleys were able to be stacked on top of each other as depicted, in order to maximise space in a way that is unobtrusive to the flow of pedestrians.

Two trolleys stacked outside a traditional dried food store in Sheung Wan. It was the first time i started to notice that the wheels had lettering and numbers etched into the wheels. This possibly suggest that there are certain areas in Hong Kong which produce branded repair parts for these trolleys (The top trolleys wheels have the word 'Dragon' etched into the wheels).

Only some of the tables are worn however, suggesting that maybe these are stored away over night or that the fresh tables and chairs are fairly new.
