This is an IBM Model M keyboard with its keys and top cover removed for cleaning. It is the 84-key space saving variety, part 1397681. I used Digikam to combine four exposures and change it into a colorless image.

Another example of the metal drying rack that is installed in the wall. The small plastic blue mobile is also a popular choice for hanging up the smaller laundry items. I've seen these being sold at the majority of homeware stores around Hong Kong. It's really compact and ideal for small spaces like this one, so as long as there is something for it to clip on to, the insurmountable task of drying miniature clothing items can be overcome.

This particular clothesline has wires with a pulley system so that all items on the rack can be easily accessed by the resident. Generally they project out from the window so that the shorter edge is aligned with the building and you can get your hands on each line without too much effort. This one doesn't use this function and instead is attached so that the longest side is parallel with the window, may affect how far the resident can/ has to reach to hang their clothes.

Motor placed over front floor area this way around nothing touches the connections, and saves space on the boot area.I leave the lifter connected, ready to use straight away when I need to unload it. This Scooter lives in the car for ready use when needed. There is enough room in the back of the Daewoo to hold Two of these scooters. Still leaving room for luggage. The padded shopping bags can be placed on top of the scooter parts, to travel home. This scooter was supplied with the larger battery pack which weighs 16.5 kg. I obtained the smaller size battery pack with 12 Amp/hr Batteries, weighing 10.02 kg, which have been quite sufficient for normal shopping trips using the car as a base to return to, to unload the shopping. The earlier photos of the scooter show the larger battery pack, which is a bit of over kill as this is not a scooter you would ride into town on solid tires make the joins in the concrete paths very uncomfortable to travel over. In hot weather you need to be travelling more than 6-8 kl/hr. when riding into town otherwise you feel the heat coming up from the paths and roads. Even travelling at 9.68 kl/hr. on the Celebrity X the road heat is noticeable, but bearable. On a hot day the Auriga is the way to go into town as it can sit on 12.4 kl/hr. on the long stretches of bike track, even with a full load of shopping on board. At this speed the heat from the roads and paths is barely noticeable.

A really long metal bar installed across the width of the building beneath the apartment windows, connected by metal anchors/ fixtures. It has a really industrial appearance, but looks extremely practical and space efficient.
Trolleys are often folded and chained to metal fences by the roadside. A second trolley has been stored under the news stand.
Array of two pink trolleys ontop of a more rusty old six wheeled trolley, neatly place on the side of the pavement in Cheung Chau. These trolleys are most likely used to transport goods and items off the boats, as this area was close to the smaller docksides on the less busy side of the shores of Cheung Chau.
