Soviet Antique Shop, Berlin, Germany... this place looked very interesting but it was closed for a long weekend
On one particularly nice day, we took a half-hour train ride out to Jūrmala, a happenin' resort town on the Gulf of Riga.

At this memorial, there's also a pair of tanks and some anti-aircraft guns.
The funny thing is that today is the Christopher Street Day Gay Pride Parade. Not so long ago, the same people in the parade would have been placed into concentration camps, or sent to be "re-educated" under the Soviet era systems. We've come a long way, haven't we?
