During a long week we stayed at a campsite near the small village Hernen, Gelderland. I had my bike with me and I visited the gardens of Appeltern a few times,
I could not get enough of the beautiful gardens!

And of course now I know we don't see a cow, but a lam, it's a reference to the Lam Goden of Agnus Dei.
I found this information in the little book that I bought with te exposition: In the Light.
In Museum Krona in Uden I saw this piece of art and tried to photograph a part of it. Sorry to say that I have forgotten what it was. I will have to return to the museum, which I will do with pleasure.

The Killin War Memorial is located at the entrance to the village of Killin near the Falls of Dochart.
It commemorates the men and women who fell during the 1st and 2nd World Wars.
