Still not sure, but thought the composition was interesting,

Hey everyone! Here's a bonsai tree I made last week for Brickset's contest. The tree came together fairly quickly, and is quite sturdy (at least as far as trees go). Overall I'm happy with how it turned out.
So I guess between this and my Castle Tower Vase I made my own version of Lego's botanical collection. :D Let me know what you guys think of it!
It was also pretty fun trying something new as my background (which involves less clean up time!).Big thanks to my dad for letting me use his camera for this shot!

Walking downhill towards the city centre through the big arch is an experience that you would like to take if you want to know about the city of Cusco better. All the streets are paved with cobble stones and they are not too wide. The lanes are lined up by residences and local shops of all sorts. The walk was refreshing and engaging such that you could observe the daily life of the locals and not to forget the views were amazing. #Travel #Peru #Streets

Autumn was such a pretty name – the name of an artist. Susan wished she had been named Autumn. It was her favorite season after all. Her car hugged the curves of the mountain road as she drove to town for eggs and tooth floss. Susan was such a vanilla name, she mused, like unsaturated cloud cover and pencil sketches forgotten in a drawer. Autumn was full of possibilities, of courage to fail, and of letting go to find something new. A scenic overlook opened behind a sharp turn and Susan slammed the breaks. She got out of her car and took in the view. The Aspens and Red Maples glowed with a weight of glory. Life was so much fuller when it wasn’t stuck behind glass. You will never make it as an artist. Her mother’s words clung to the air like car exhaust. The puff of wind that made the leaves quiver dared her to disbelieve it. “Autumn.” The word felt good in her mouth. Her mind sparked with the colors of life. Below, rolling in layers into the valley, burnt oranges and rich browns and winsome yellows beckoned to come play. It was time to return to the canvas, and this time she would bring more than pencils. Autumn turned and climbed back into the car.

Wanting to find another shot and something new I decided to give this spot a try. As the snow continues to come down, L010 is passing by Full Circle Stables near downtown Sherborn. It definitely gives off the rural feel here as in another few miles they'll be in the urban settings of Framingham.
Never used frozen spinach before, trying new recipe for Indian style lentils which also includes shredded coconut, sounds an interesting combination!
This young swon wasn't colorfull like others but was much more interesting with this wierd posing in front of the camera.

Huge white bird with long neck, reddish-orange bill, and black face. Adults have a black knob on top of the bill. Immatures are dusky brown with a gray bill. Native to northern Europe and Asia, but introduced in many regions, where it is now common on ponds, lakes, and calm coastal waters. Very aggressive toward native waterfowl. Often seen in pairs or small family groups.
I know it's weird but I wanted to try a new program I have that makes fractal-ish designs out of photos so I this is an experiment of a bouquet of roses that turned it into this.

The photo program was new too. Apparently only had choices of shades of black & white or shades of reddish pink. Oh well, I was just trying to have fun dinking around with it.
It developed that the new way of taking prescriptions and the new way of this art program were not really much better than the way I've done for about 15 years, in fact worse for right now. However, I will persevere and see what happens. ;o)
