And, I recently started my own YouTube channel

Here is the first video that I uploaded:
Something new for me, posting a B/W. Took an old photo to Adobe Elements12, which I'm very rusty at using and came up with this. I quite like it, but I still prefer flowers in colour.
I hope everyone is having a good weekend and staying safe.
Thank you for your visits and comments, dear friends. I do appreciate them all very much:-)
Cotoneaster
For Macro Mondays - Leaf
I spotted this old leaf on our Cotoneaster with new foliage starting to unfurl.
The old leaf is approximately 1 inch in length.
Happy Macro Monday!

An ancient landscape on the Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia, using a newly discovered camera technique: ICM (Intentional Camera Movement).
Thank you Alyssa, for the inspiration - this is very amateurish compared to your remarkable work. I have much to learn.
Thanks for stopping by my gallery. I’m very pleased and really appreciate each and every view of my photo, comments, invitations and awards

While taking a weekend ride around Vermont, this scene caught my eye. Something old next to something new.
Havana, Cuba
In a world where the Speedmaster Professional is the predictable choice in the luxury chronograph line up, I set out on a quest to find something different. I consider this to be the classy Speedmaster automatic, minus the name at a similar price point. I narrowed my choices down to this and the Speedmaster 1957. I'm pretty pleased with this piece, loving the clean look.

I used a mural by Tierney Milne and Colin Moore near East Hasting in Vancouver and slightly modified it. It was pretty wild to begin with. I do not know if the VW was also their work, but they made it look like a bug or moose. This was all part of a mural festival in 2016.

Blackberry Nightshade (Solanum nigrum)
I have not seen this before in the garden, and yes, it is a weed. Although there is some reference to it being used as, or in, food. It also has some toxicity.

These flowers are fresh looking, but the leaves seem a bit dated. The rain left its mark on the whole scene, and gave me something to shoot!
