The Paulaner Brauhaus in Frankfurt is situated directly next to the Dome of Frankfurt. Not the most scenic of all beer gardens.

Your stare swallows me

And I can hardly breathe

I feel it's dangerous

Could be deadly

Somehow I'm willing to do the things you want

Take me in your arms

Spoon-feed my heart and

Drip by drip

I'll take it all

Sip by sip

I guess that it's

Make or break

Boy here tonight

We're caught in a moment

And I won't let it go

I am falling deeper, losing my control

Involved in a feeling

Like the blink of an eye

And the silence it belongs to you and I

Broke through barriers

And passed a state of mind

I'm not scared no more

It feels divine

So take me in

And catch me when I fall

I'm waiting on the edge

Uncut my soul

Snip by snip

I'm oozing it

Bit by bit

I'm taking it

Step by step

Boy here tonight

Emotional I fall through it

All I know I'm losing my control

I'm down in way too far

And there's no turning back

And now I'm shedding all my fears

I know, I know

COMMON SNIPE UP ON THE DURHAM MOORS THIS MORNING

Snipe: Gallinago gallinago

just cutting off a cute little Grevillea bloom. Macro Mondays, this week's theme: Cutter. Happy Macro Mondays/ HMM

Macro Mondays theme 'shadow'.

I snipped a corner with small nail scissors.

the Common Snipe is a shy species that stays in the vegetation most of the time.

On Thursday I was able to observe it from across a pool in farmland for quite a while

A Wilson's Snipe makes a rare appearance in our backyard, and even allowed us to get decently close!

Thank you very much for your comments and faves, regretfully, I am finding it increasingly difficult to reply to your comments, because of my very limited time on the internet, due to constant power interruptions in South Africa. I do read and appreciate every one of them, however! Thanks again!!

Some of the most sort after and expensive beach huts in the UK. Along the spit at Mudeford, a snip at £300k

Back still dodgy so another close up, but on my 50mm this time as I preferred the way it handled the focus and DoF.

If any mono experts out there can offer help or guidance on how to get my shots looking less 'muddy', I'd be pleased for advice!

The sunsets are always spectacular, but being able to take a photo like this, right in the middle of a bell tower, is very lucky.
