Nordic summer nights are the best! It was great experience taking a walk and capturing this picture just after the sunset
As the UK was swamped by a pollution cloud from continental Europe, Swansea spent a good few days in March smothered in a haze. This did however make for some fantastic sunsets.

My mom and I have a close relationship, she raised us all on her own (my sister, my brother and me), she worked hard at night as a caregiver to provide for the needs of the whole family. She had a difficult childhood but she managed to give us a good education and passed on to us true values. She is a funny and strong woman with a warrior mind. She is my best friend and what I love most of all is making her laugh ♥ Mom I love you
*Ma maman et moi avons une relation fusionnelle, elle nous a élevé toute seule (ma sœur, mon frère et moi), elle travaillait dur de nuit en tant qu'aide soignante pour subvenir aux besoins de toute la famille. Elle a eu une enfance difficile mais elle est parvenue à nous a donner une bonne éducation et nous a transmis des vraies valeurs . C'est une femme drôle et forte avec un mental de guerrier. Elle est ma meilleure amie et ce que j'aime par dessus tout, c'est la faire rire.

A rainbow is a meteorological phenomenon that is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky.
It takes the form of a multicoloured circular arc.
Rainbows caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the Sun.

I was wandering around. Temperature was dropping and the sun had escaped the sky-scape just a while ago. I found this pier in Lillesand where a cargo ship were being unloaded. We take a lot for granted. Behind every product, every item or maybe an event there are so many things happening we wouldn't be able to fully grasp how many people have that particular thing possible. I wouldn't even know what was unloaded from this ship but people are working nights to get the cargo underway to an another and bigger project. Maybe it's to a building project or maybe it's to a food processing plant? I couldn't tell. These people, delivering things to us which we take for granted are the silent heroes nobody would even mention. I think we owe them, because the lower you get down in the processing chain, the smaller they pay is. So they get almost no credit for the job done and payment can be far from great (depends of course). With low end product prices, a costly manufacturing and a short product lifetime many industries cannot survive in many western countries. In Norway the manufacturing sector has shrunk radically, thus rendering our silent heroes without jobs. They would deserve a day, a celebration. "The day of the working men and women who make the things we take for granted".

For the longest time, I saw the sunset over this mountains range but with very few clouds. Yesterday it had the perfect sky scape so I rushed to get my camera and I took few shots. The real view was breath-taking.

Sometimes, one lucky evening, the sky and sea seem to merge at the horizon in a long, lingering embrace. No more definition between the two, one big expanse, a palette of layered colours from dark to light to dark and light, Spectacular, a vision to behold!
I do not understand those that tire of such ever-changing beauty, blasé about it?
So many greats, in all fields have been inspired by this!
As a photographer, it is not so easy to capture it well!
I wanted to capture more, the atmosphere and emotion of the moment.
I was standing at the railing (using that as the "tripod") on the terrace of the penthouse we used to live in, overlooking the sea, this miracle unfolding before my ever-hungry eyes...
That kind of experience always humbles me.

this caught my eye as i was driving past so i took a snap out the window always wanted to get a shot of one of the famous black bulls of spain. pity i did not have time to take a better shot but it was the colours in the sky that caught my eye so much i thought the black bull looks so well against the beauty of the sky .
and of course i had to add extra colour to the sky haha
