Harrap’s New English Readers for Junior Schools, Book One; “Once Upon a Time” edited by F.H. Pritchard. George G. Harrap and Co. 1934. Various illustrators. This British reader has 4-5 full color illustrations by various well-known artists. What a treat for the 7 to 11 year olds the book was written for!
More bus sketches. People are fun to draw. And that one girl in the middle had a pencil in her hair, for safe keeping.
That dude with the hat on the right was reading the newspaper.

I like the daffodil with nice yellow and long leaves. I like look it from this angle. It looks different in the flowers show. I like it is Spring. I hope Spring come. I keep hoping and keep drawing daffodil. When Spring will come?
I don't do thumbnail sketches for every painting I make, but I like to do thumbnail sketches in my spare time. Best time is during holidays, when other family members are busy doing their things. Each thumbnail is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"(11cm x 14cm).
The first thumbnail is for the painting Red Rosebud on the Jewelry Box.
