National Academy of Sciences e la Royal Society of London.

1.)The variety of fashion in San Francisco.
2.)Materials used include a camera and two people.
3.)I interpreted the sustained investigation through the people's clothes however for this double exposure I wanted to show what I visualize in my head when I see cool clothes.
4.)I took this photo while I was waiting outside of starbucks. I added the pattern that is over them in photoshop.

This "movie" is my attempt at animating the output of my gravitational simulation. Please note that my simulation is an extremely simplistic implementation of Newtonian physics. This particular simulation starts with many hundred objects in a "Dole pineapple" shape, with given rotational velocities based on the total mass and assumptions of elliptical orbit around an equivalent central mass.
This particular simulation begins with a high mass density, and low relative kinetic energy and angular momentum. As a result, the gravitational attraction tends to pull all the mass together. As the system collapses, much material is ejected from the system. Objects that get too close are allowed to have an inelastic collision and thus small objects can become larger ones. The differing colors of objects are related to their total mass.
Note that the video is nearly impossible to view unless one makes it full screen by clicking the icon in the lower right hand corner.

In the event I did not provide a very good escort as I collided with the airliner!!!?!

This is the last page of my current simulation notebook that I use for scratch calculations and notes. This notebook is a spiral bound school one that my son never really used so I recycled it. I used this one for about three years, as it started life with me at my job for taking notes.
The page is a calculation for the final virial radius after kinetic and potential energy reconfiguration from the initial conditions. (I was working on for too long to get that result. So dumb at times!) Note that the final virial radius goes to infinity when the initial kinetic energy equals the initial potential energy.
I need a new notebook now but the boy has left more spiral bound notebooks for recycling!
