European Political Community Summit Simulation for Moldovan Youth, 2023
On 26-27 May, 50 young people from various regions of Moldova took part in a simulation of the European Political Community Summit, organised by the Young European Ambassadors (YEAs) from Moldova. The event took place at the Moldovan Parliament in Chisinau.
The simulation took place on the eve of the summit of the European political community held near Chisinau on 1 June at the initiative of the EU. Forty-seven heads of state and government, as well as the presidents of the European Council, the European Commission and the European Parliament were invited to the summit.
The simulation provided young participants with the opportunity to take on the role of European leaders representing their countries or institutions. Participants discussed a variety of topics, including peace, democracy, climate, energy, security and misinformation, and offered their vision of how to strengthen security and stability on the European continent.

Some people have asked for a simulation of my freaky new view of the world, with both eyes open. This is pretty quantitatively accurate, based on my most recent numbers and my estimated R-L dominance ratio.
Which image is the "correct" one? The less intense, upper, un-tilted image. Because my R eye is so dominant, when I have both eyes open, the "wrong" image gets the thumbs up in my brain and I aim for the wrong point in space and spin to the left.
Clearly, it's the one-eyed Pirate Life for me! A One-Eyed Jack will actually make it down the stairs in one piece. Which is always a good thing!

Bundestag Simulation, Kiev, Ukraine
Germany is the largest economy in the European Union and is often referred to as the engine of the EU, and therefore decisions made at the Bundestag level have a great impact on EU policy.
On the 5th of December, 2023 YEAs in Ukraine organised a simulation of the German Bundestag for students of Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University.
Understanding the functioning of the Bundestag will help them to realise the importance of democracy at the parliamentary level of one country for EU policy.
Heifer Virtual Village: Nepal is browser-based real-time 3D simulation where the player's character must navigate a virtual Nepalese environment, interact with other characters in the village, and correctly complete tasks associated with the game's goal. In this Serious Game For Change you find yourself in a the simulated village where a few are prosperous, but most struggle with hunger and poverty. The player is Esha, a young girl from a poor family. Your mother's dearest wish is to somehow acquire a goat. A goat would provide your family with milk and the means of making money, which would allow Esha to go to school. Acquiring micro-loans and building animal pens are some of the activities the player engages in while playing the game. By demonstrating some of these activities in an online virtual world, Heifer hopes that the spirit of goodwill that ripples through communities as animals are passed on, will also be spread to some degree digitally.
