sinister cynicism lingers, but it brings no relief to a heart that's hardened, pumping with so much vigour and life to rid itself of its austere agonies, trying to shake of its bleak dust of yesteryear's hurt and bitterness.
but onward the heart still beats, and the voyage of conquests shall continue on.
