Nominated by the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Bloch was joined by (clockwise behind Bloch) is Curt Crespino, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement; Leo E. Morton, Chancellor; and Murray Blackwelder, President, UMKC Foundation.
Other 2010 Distinguished Service Award Winners were honored: Curtis R. Simic, President Emeritus, Indiana University Foundation; Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation; Carol L.
