I was trying out various "creative" filter settings on my Panasonic Lumix camera while waiting to meet up with a friend. I concluded they are rather extreme and silly.

If anybody can appreciate this weeks theme at Feathery Friday-this fellow who is having a birthday today can.

As my husband and I were leaving a restaurant after having lunch - this silly little Gecko was doing a dance alongside the road, and seemed to bring a smile to everyone's face. I thought he was perfect for my "Silly Saturday" image. ** (Taken with my Nokia 920.)

Whenever I am out with girlfriends enjoying some lovely girl time I am always happy to do silly things like pose wearing a sombrero. Can't help thinking that if I was here in drab mode I wouldn't give the hat a second glance but as I am not in drab it just seems a good idea to have a silly moment.
