These shoes are silly high yet they are rather comfortable how daft is that???
So here is the outfit in its full glory with me and my blonde hair.
After some failed attempts of 'contre jour' at sunset, I went for the silly artificial variant. Omg, my shiny floppy ears, so embarrassing.
For ODC, the original back-lighted picture looked like a silhouet, with still some structure in the dark parts. In Silver Efex pro, I chose a colour filter to highlight the skin tones a little.

DDC "Character"
After our stress over our other dog's health problems, I needed a silly game to play. So, I taught Shyla to balance about 20 pieces of kibble along her nose and forehead. Then, I'd release her from staying still, and this was what she'd do! Almost randomly, a treat would fall into her mouth sometimes. She ate the rest off the ground.
Back from an evening of dancing and for the 2nd time in a row I followed so was the girl for a change :-)
Not sure what the silly pose is all about.
Still cant get enough of this coat. Honestly it looks better in the flesh as it really does have a retro feel to
Every day the silly human runs into Williamsburg to photograph the colors and textures of Brooklyn. Every day she tells me, "you can take the girl out of Brooklyn, but you can't take Brooklyn out of the girl!"
Well, Silly Human, what I say is, "home is where the heart is" AND I'M IN QUEENS! " sigh..........
PGT Challenge #205- What Matters Most
Memories of happy family times together, often captured in photos, matter most to me. They can never be taken away! Here are 3 young cousins making silly faces in one of those photo booths on a family trip to Niagara Falls in the late 1980s.
Secrets revealed. When Eagles get too old and lazy to hunt, and photographers get too old and lazy to chase them. Happy Silly Saturday, and have a fine weekend.
Even impressive animals can look quite silly sometimes. Best not to underestimate him though.

Abused, Abandoned Jungle Dogs.
Mr Little Larry The Monkey is being
real silly wanting to go outside in
the rain and play like always.
Speaking of rain ---
At 4:15AM this morning I set his clean dog bowl
out in the rain. By 6:10AM it was overflowing.
Dog bowl measures 3 1/2 inches deep
by 8 1/2 inches across. Luckily the
river has not breached it's
banks as it did a few
days ago ;-0---
Weatherman said expect more rain showers today
and into the night. Now that's an easy enough call.
No# 1 stays in close contact with the nuns and
everything seems to be ok out at their place.
Yo-Yo is on constant guard duty chasing the
wild monkeys way and watching for pythons.
Here's a story told to me by no# 1 wife.
She says it is so unusual for an old white man
to become such close friends with two old nuns
living in the deep jungle and nobody speaks the
same language. She goes on to say that most of
the foreigners look down on the poor people but
the nuns told her Mr Jon always sees us as equals.
I told no# 1, " we do speak a common language."
No# 1's eyes open wide as if to question me.
"We speak the truth, straight from our heart."
"Our language can be read by watching our
actions when caressing an innocent animal."
No# 1 said nothing for a minute, then she said.
"Thank you for being you and not pretending
to be someone you were not meant to be."
I had to think about her words for minute.
"Honey, I am who I am and you are who
you are, that is why we're meant to be."
If I remember right I had known the nuns
for about a year before I introduced
no# 1 to them. That could be +/-.
Anyway she told me this story while I was
taking photos of The Monkey this morning.
Thank You.

For some reasons I came to think of a famous scene from Monty Python as these two fellows came wandering...
The picture has been registered #319 on Explore, but then dropped out - according to

I remember this well. 2 years ago
when this photo was taken Mickey
had eaten a dead/rotting monster !
And being a young bean brain puppy
he enthusiastically wanted to share;-)
I was laughing so hard it was quite a
challenge taking this handheld photo.
4 seconds later he's chasing monkeys.
Thank You.

We had a meeting in Dublin with delegates from across Europe. For the evening meal we posed for the obligatory serious picture but then I asked everyone to be silly for the next one. I am only distributing it on Flickr and really hope that it does not go viral or we will have a lot of explaining to do.
This is my twist on "Silly Santa." These Santa's were inspired by my collection of Santa ornaments. The rolling pin Santa was from my friend Susan, the heart shaped Santa was from my friend Denise, the cactus Santa was a find in Arizona, the tree shaped Santa was from my friend Sandra, the cresent moon Santa is from Mona and Mrs. and Mrs. Clause is my own design. Mrs. Claus is the santa cutter turned upside own with the ball at the end of his hat trimmed off!

Photo No# 1 of 2.
Long day at the temple ---
First we stopped at the same place
we always find Ms Molly and Blondie.
They were no where to be found.
Big thunder/lightning storms today.
We went over to the building where the
nuns/monks and friends were gathering.
No# 1 asked the nuns if they had seen the
dogs this morning. They said both of them
were hiding under the old concrete walking
bridge. Nuns fed them early and don't know
where they might be now. . .Well, that means
I'm going on a long walk in an effort to find-em
First the small injection kit is loaded and the
camera is then thrown over my right shoulder.
Cut through the back of the Buddha cave &
headed straight, and I mean straight up the
steep grade on my way to an abandoned
building a good 100 meters above grade.
Not only steep but the ancient concrete
steps are uneven and covered with wet
moss and mold. I was very cautious ! ! !
Whistled and called their names but
they were not up there so just as
cautiously the trip back down
began. On the way back
down I wished I had
not gone up there.
Way 2 dangerous.
Crossed back across the concrete walking
bridge and this is where Yo-Yo showed up.
Now this is the second time I've been here.
Yo-Yo's all wiggly and funny wanting to play.
Climbed up to the second story in this dilapidated
house which was full of Murphy traps everywhere.
Called out to Molly and Blondie and nobody came.
Frustration and fatigue is setting in but I had
one more place that needed to be checked.
From here I took off for The Dog Palace.
Climbed up all the stairs to the roof and
did the same same. Whistled and called.
Nobody showed. By now I could hear the
the monks starting to do their chanting. And
remember my old ears don't work so well any
more. They are about 200-250 meters away ;-)
I headed back and just blended in with the crowd.
Bowed my head, placed my palms together and
started chanting while remembering my friend.
Chanting was 2 hours.
Eating another 1 hour.
Talking and jabbering
was another one hour.
Searching for the dogs
took a good hour plus.
Wonderful celebration.
Thanks for stopping by.
Thank You.
