Road sign pointing the way to other places---Jersey is just across the river, Philly is 60 miles south on PA 611 and NYC is about an hour's drive east on US 22 or I-78. Easton, PA on-ramp for US 22 Bridge over the Delaware River, built in 1938 as the Bushkill Street Bridge. Sorry for the crappy cell phone camera image. I will have to redo this group of photos with my Nikon!!!
Taken in 2003, when we visited the island of Hawai'i. This is the warning sign near the lava flows. The sign should be an object lesson on how dangerous it can be walking on newly-formed lava.

Illuminated sign identifying The Senator, a private railcar that was on display at Union Station for their centennial last weekend.

"Our business is making friends."

I shot this while I was in Madison recently. I'm not sure what the sign used to say... it's been blank for a long, long time.
Shot on expired slide film and cross processed straight up in C41. As I've mentioned, I just love slide film. If you have any you want to get rid of, you should let me know!
The world is cold, bitter, and night is creeping in. The lost in this world can only find their way if they are prepared to clear away obstructions. The sign is there, but not everyone can see it.
