Sorry for the interruption in my photos folks, but I am so behind in posting photos of our Mediterranean cruise taken in October '06. I promise you, that you won't be disappointed in taking a trip through Venice, one of the world's most beautiful and exciting cities.
There was some really nice ceiling art: paintings, elaborate moulding, and the like. Some of the paintings were cute like this one.
Birding in Baker County
Baker County Oregon’s diverse geography and habitat are ideal for bird watching. And the three scenic byways that connect in Baker County offer easy access to some of the best birding areas. We had some great sightings today along the Hells Canyon Scenic Byway just outside of Baker City including a Burrowing Owl, Yellow Headed Black Bird and Wilson’s Phalaropes

A sad sight. Growing up I came to this railyard to watch my grandpa build trains, and take them apart when they came in. One day I wanted to be an engineer, fast forward to 2019 and the whole engineer thing never panned out, and Tilford Yard has been abandoned by CSX as part of precision schedule railroading that is sweeping the industry. We see a CSX manifest switching crews on the mainline, shortly after this photo was taken the train continued south.
