Happy Caturday! ~ Fur
I am currently moving data to a new computer and may be a few days away from being truly "back." In the meantime, I have scarfed Ken's laptop for a moment!

South Fork Mule Canyon
Bears Ears National Monument
Utah
This well-preserved site consists of five granaries built into Cedar Mesa sandstone. The overhang that forms the ceiling has a unique, streaked pattern that resembles flames at certain times of the day.
Ancient Puebloans lived here between 700 and 2,500 years ago. The granaries perched high in the cliffs stored corn, a main source of food.
I may be too skinny or I may be too fat..
But will you tell me please, what is wrong with that?.
I may not have a mansion or even a nice car..
And my face may have more than just one ugly scar..
Does that mean I'm different?. Does that mean I'm strange?.
Does that mean I roam alone on this earths gigantic range?.
We all are one in Gods great eyes I hope that you can see..
That you and I are equal and that's how life should be..
So reach deep down inside your heart and find the love you hide..
And do not judge me, be my friend and I will always be by your side..

I wanted to capture more of the sky, but change up the view a bit. I experimented with changing the camera angle a few different ways, but this was my favorite with the light rays stretching across the image.

The wrong side of the tracks; a poor or less prestigious part of town.
The expression, American in origin, comes from the idea of a town divided by a rail-road track.
In 1929 , Thorne Smith wrote ‘In most commuting towns…there are always two sides of which the tracks serve as a line of demarcation. There is the right side and the wrong side. Translated into terms of modern American idealism, this means, the rich side and the side that hopes to be rich.’
Buruwisan Falls
Mt. Romelo
Another side of Buruwisan I haven't seen before. The river and falls are fuller (I've been there on rainy days before). Wasn't able to go around like I used to, the small streams have swollen.

Fyero hasn't had much of an issue these past couple days with the isolation and staying in the house. (We're not quarantined, just not venturing out more than needed.)
Fyero does however seem to be slightly annoyed that there are constantly people poking around the house and disturbing her naps. Can't blame her, while Scott stays mostly in his office, I'm moving around and just being a general pest to her.
Side note - has anyone else been experiencing issues with Flickr lately? I've been struggling to leave all of you comments. The pictures will load but the comment section of the page just... doesn't. Wondering if this is a me thing or a Flickr thing.
Hope everyone is staying safe & healthy.

The relative serenity of the smaller falls to the side of the epic Goðafoss falls in northern Iceland.
Looks best on black.
Comments as always appreciated, but please no flashy award codes.
Side by Side is a picture of North America's two cranes. The one in from the Whooping and in one in back the Sandhill. You can often find them together in the same groups. Lovely birds.
Plants in side light with some added post processing zoomy stuff
Found in the alpine area of Falls Creek, which would be covered in snow by now. HMMM:)
Had to get some photos from the cake recipient as my photos were all grainy!
Here's a snap of the sides, they were really colourful and I was so pleased with the look.
The grasses are painted first, allowed to dry then grass is piped in various shades of green for depth and finally the pansies are added, rather quick actually.
I enjoyed doing them so much it didn't occur to me to count them!, my thank you for the cake included the comment 'we counted over 100 pansies!'

I love taking pictures of birds and try to get them to look as natural as possible. I have gone to the other side by showing a darker side.

Lyrics:
You think I’d leave your side baby
You know me better than that
You think I’d leave you down when you’re down on your knees
I wouldn’t do that
I’ll tell you you’re right when you want
And if only you could see into me
Oh when you’re cold
I’ll be there
Hold you tight to me
When you’re on the outside baby and you can’t get in
I will show you you’re so much better than you know
When you’re lost and you’re alone and you cant get back again
I will find you darling and I will bring you home
And if you want to cry
I am here to dry your eyes
And in no time
You’ll be fine
You think I’d leave your side baby
You know me better than that
You think I’d leave you down when you’re down on your knees
I wouldn’t do that
I’ll tell you you’re right when you want
And if only you could see into me
Oh when you’re cold
I’ll be there
Hold you tight to me
Oh when you’re low
I’ll be there
By your side baby
Oh when you’re cold
I’ll be there
Hold you tight to me
Oh when you’re low
I’ll be there
By your side baby
