Hiawatha 336 rolls past a side-tracked 335 at Rondout.
After 336 passed, it was 335's turn to back out of the east-siding to get out of the way. CP 298 and 484 were sitting around corner blocking the main, necessitating banishing the 335 into the penalty box.
The new Grandstands at Kilcohan Park in Waterford before the pitch and sidelines were complete. They may seem a bit on the primitive side today but at that time they were a big improvement and investment. Stadia throughout the world have grown and become more sophisticated with 'all seaters' and Ireland with such beauties as Croke Park, The Aviva, Semple Stadium and Thomond Park but I much preferred the terraces where the sense of comradeship and the banter were so much more memorable!

Which side of the court would you want to be on?
Often, when watching motion picture movie films, I have thought a career in law would be interesting. However, I quickly determine that I would not want to be a lawyer. I would also not want to be part of the prosecution team, nor the other side (defence team). I suppose that only leaves the judge. Well...
...no. Is there a side to be on?
I think so, but only if it is a different kind of court.
I choose the south side of a tennis court, as long as there are no legal challenges.
