I took this shot whilst working in Witchita Kansas this summer gone...the lady in the image was wonderful and more than happy for me to photograph her and her horse.
Thankyou to 'Playingwithbrushes' for the texture www.flickr.com/photos/playingwithpsp/
These flycatchers seem to always be singing or moving. Thankfully, he stopped on this branch long enough to get a shot.
This is an old industrial area near the Hertford town centre just off the road called The Wash which has a bridge over the River Lea. I had walked by the Lea then walking into The Wash via this pathway. The road allows access to a small parking area for homes and businesses in this area. The wall on the right is in full sunlight and the red is an electrical feed of some sort.
This Arabian foal is standing next to his mon and it's interesting to compare their colours. The mom is a so-called flea-bitten grey, a white / grey horse with darker speckles. In flea-bitten greys the speckles are in their original coat colour. You can see here that the colour of the mother was about the same as the colour of her foal when she was a foal herself. The greying process occurs at different rates, sometimes it takes several years.

Aren’t his whiskers magnificent?
Jake was checking me out as I took this picture. He’s still cautious but loves being scritched on his terms.
Here's a side view of tram # 3104 in service as the Trolley Festival shuttle, moments before reaching its terminal on the east side of Piazza Castello.
Been eyeing this site and I knew I could take home some images to my delight. What matters how you get a smile in your eyes when you see a scenery was right before you. Four images stacked in PS CC with different exposure time using my nd 10 lee big stopper. Nature is so kind to me with the ambient light from the east side. Thank you for viewing.
On a walk around Travis wetlands November 3, 2015 Christchurch New Zealand.
Travis Wetland is located in north-east Christchurch, close to sea-level, and is typical of pre-European Christchurch and Canterbury plains swamp lands.
1600 years ago it was an estuary similar to the Avon/Heathcote Estuary of today. A sandbar gradually shut out the sea, decreasing salinity and allowing wetland plants to take over from saltmarsh species.
Travis is the largest wetland in Christchurch with an area of 56.5 hectares, and is unique in the fact that it is situated in an urban area. Bounded by Mairehau, Frosts, and Travis Roads, this area is Christchurch’s last major piece of freshwater wetland. When you consider that Christchurch was built from a swamp, these remaining wetlands become a very important part of our history and heritage.

1965 Ford Ranchero!
The current owner discovered it in a barn where it had sat for twenty years... with 27,000 original miles! That’s him sweeping the ground with his metal detector searching for more treasures.

Went out for sunrise this morning with My big Bro jimbri378 who hasn't been out with His camera for ages, We decided on Blyth as there was plenty to shoot and He had not done Blyth beach before. We were treated to a fantastic sunrise, it really was on fire this morning, and what do you know, as soon as we hit the beach I spotted this branch so of course the polite thing to do was drag it to the waters edge and take its photo LOL!! Took this shot from the other side of the branch looking down towards Seaton Sluice and St Mary's Island.
There was also a few good lads scattered up the coast so be sure to check out their shots from this morning:
Jim Brightwell at Blyth with Me.

Simon Lowe was at St Mary's.
Tom Hill was at Blyth too, but I missed Him.
Jim Thow was at Cullercoats.
Mike Ridley was down Whitby.
Please click on their names to view their shots, there are some stunners!!
