Lady Di's famous 'elvis' dress as worn at british fashion week 1989 - would have been a lot more interesting if she wore the shells on a dress and not their pearls, although somewhat heavier! i'm sure when she visited east asia all the oysters were quivering in their shells

shrimp/oysters/clams/ lobster

serves 1-2

 

4 oysters on half shell, 4 Wellfleet clams on half shell, 4 each U-12 white shrimp cocktail and 1 chilled lobster tail served on a bed of ice. Served w/ lemon wedges, cocktail sauce topped w/ atomic horseradish, mignonette and green goddess dressing.
