just to remind us that we're at the department of fishery, some of the displays included plastic model of the cooked version of the sea life, complete with a little recipe behind the plate.

Oyster Bob goes full out and finishes first in the Comox Oyster Shucking Contest followed closely by Scott Pratico (Exec Chef at Joe Fortes). In the end though, it came down to presentation and local Avenue Chef Devon Shute took home the $500.
