Shellfishermen and women worked the early morning low tide in Brewster today. Shellfishing license holders in the town of Brewster benefit from the town's "put and take" oyster program, which is open on occasional days during the late Fall months.

I'm not even sure what this was. It was at the Curacao Sea Aquarium.

I went to Oyster bar. This yesso scallop was so good!!

 

1. Grill yesso scallops until open shell

2. Put soy souce on shellfish

3. Choosing your steak whatever you'd like

4. Eat

5. So good!!:)

Rossini caviar with Norwegian scallops, Gillardeau oysters, and Danish langoustines, lobsters, stone crabs, whelks, and razor clams.

As the tide was low, spotted them scratching the mud for shellfish.

Oysters are bloody expensive, man.
