Hello,
Sharp vision is the first photo in a serie of four. To be honest it's not the first photo I took for this month challenge but I think it's a good one to start with.
This month I was taking photos of my girl so she could use them on her website (check it out).
At the end I ask her to do something different that's not appropriate to post on her website but perfect for my project.
I like the outcome especially because shooting portraits is not something I do a lot.

A Whistle is an an end-blown fipple Flute. This means that a plug directs air along a narrow duct and against a hard, bladed edge. Most have 6 finger holes. Sometimes called Tin Whistles, they are usually made of brass with a plastic mouthpiece.
Whistles are assigned the number 421.221.12 in the Hornbostel-Sachs classification of musical instruments ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hornbostel-Sachs ), indicating:
4 = Aerophones. Sound is primarily produced by vibrating air. The instrument itself does not vibrate, and there are no vibrating strings or membranes.
42 = Non-Free Aerophones. The vibrating air is contained within the instrument.
421 = Edge-Blown Flutes. A narrow stream of air is directed against an edge.
421.2 = Flutes with a Duct. A narrow duct directs the air-stream against the sharp edge of a lateral orifice.
421.22 = Flutes with an Internal Duct. The duct is inside the tube.
421.221. = Single Flutes with an Internal Duct.
421.221.1 = Open Flutes with an Internal Duct.
421.221.12 = With Fingerholes.

Antique cutter for hay and grain crops, soaring above Pinnacle Mountain.
It's in the "up" position, which the farmer would use when traveling but not cutting, turning a corner, or in storage. In this case, "in storage". Owned by a friend.
Plain yet lethal gate in the city, with sharp and pointy bits along the horizontal bars. Maybe to prevent people climbing over. It is actually the gate to a funeral director's, but I guess they need to deter people from breaking in, just as much as anyone else.
Taken with iPhone 3GS.
This was taken outside of my bedroom window at our pond. This hawk was drinking and didn't see me hiding behind the blinds at first, so I got some semi-blurry shots, the windows could've been cleaner also. :)

Thirty-two deployed Soldiers assigned to various units graduate from the Army’s Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention Ambassador course at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, March 22, 2023.
Soldiers attended the two-day training session hosted by the 1st Theater Sustainment Command Operational Command Post SHARP office. The voluntary training is designed to provide junior Soldiers with the education and skills necessary to promote culture change within their formations.
Brig. Gen. Maria Juarez, deputy commanding general of the 1st TSC-OCP, emphasized during her speech that the role of a SHARP Ambassador is important because the graduating Soldiers now have the responsibility to be the eyes and ears for the command team.
“Shadow the silence. Stop the violence,” Juarez announced as the new motto for the SHARP ambassador course, voted by the graduating class and attendees.
