No.29 Sharp
Well, there were only three ways of doing this, I think - and I haven't looked to see what else has been uploaded for this theme, so I haven't cheated and copied!!!
'Sharp' as in music; 'sharp' as in pointy and 'sharp' as in sour or acid. So we have.... ta dahhhh..... a lemon!!
I am soft... I shoot soft, I edit soft.
I am lazy
I am average
I am easily distracted
I stick to a routine, like pavlov's dog, (the bell is ringing right now, can't you hear it)
I am obsessive compulsive
I curse and love the routine
I profess to be driven towards perfection, but I accept imperfection
I have strong ambition and desire, but lack the talent and commitment to achieve these goals
I never, ever, ever see the gradual accomplishment of process. I see the monumental task.
All this has to change for me to achieve my goals.
Today, I will embrace the sharpness, shoot smart, shoot with the light. Win each shot, the change starts now.
Thank you for letting me express these thoughts.
-Corey
I love that the tree still continues to grow even though the fence is there trying to stop it. :] Perfect for day ten of the #fmsphotoaday challenge.

Macro Mondays. August 3, 2015 ~ Sharp as a tack.
Happy Macro Monday, my friends!
I was entranced again by the bunches of fading flowers brought in from Trader Joe's to cut and arrange as little centerpieces for the tables in the dining room. I don't know what flower this is
but I love the razor-sharp edge of its graceful petals!

Many thanks for every kind comment, fave, your words of encouragement, and the inspiration of your fine photography,
my Flickr friends! You make my day every day!
Used recycled coffee can, Moda Me & My Sister left over Twirl and Emelia Charms, Moda muslin, Quilter's Dream Select batting, YLI verigated thread. Decorative hand made/painted wood buckle (removed metal tongue). Tutorial is on my website to show the process. This evolved to have all my sharps in one container so I could pick them up quickly when my grandsons came to visit - since I work out of my dining/living room.
