This turned into quite the nail biter. if the French managed to arrive one turn earlier, rolled one more '6' , or even moved down the road at a quicker pace, they couldv'e driven Porter's group off before the fuse was set. Meanwhile the GA militia was doing a fair job of tying up the rest of Sheheen group, so only the fatigued group under Poytheiss could lend a hand at the bridge. All agreed that this was a real cracker of a game.

Meanwhile I am painting up some French Marines for Poytheiss' next outing.
