I don't normally leave the dogs and the kids alone, unsupervised (especially when food is involved), but today Claire was in her high chair having a snack, and Kayley had to go potty (yep, the dreaded potty-training has officially hit full-swing), so I ran to the bathroom with her, and when I cam back to the kitchen, this was the scene.

The ATA Share the Ride team is 18 drivers who travel the country with a tractor, trailer, educating young drivers on how to drive safely on our roads and share them with big trucks. I captured this lovely shot of my two neices at my sisters wedding. Little Holly had run out of confetti and her cousin Holly-May was only too happy to share some with her. I just really liked the faces and positioning of the two figures oblivious to the world around them.

In 2015, Daniel Everette Hale released documents revealing devastating failures in the U.S. drone war program, among them the widespread killing of civilians.
For his truth-telling in the interest of humanity, Daniel has been prosecuted under the Espionage Act and is now being held in the Alexandria (Virginia) Detention Center awaiting sentencing on July 27, 2021. He faces up to 10 years in federal prison.

PITTSBURGH, Pa - Residents from the Pennsylvania Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Home (PSSH) in Erie, the Southwestern Veterans’ Center in Pittsburgh and the Hollidaysburg Veterans’ Home in Hollidaysburg participated in the annual Sharing and Caring Boat Ride on Tuesday, Sept. 5. The event included a catered lunch and entertainment during a mid-day cruise on the Gateway Clipper exploring the Allegheny, Monongahela and Ohio Rivers. PSSH Commandant Barb Raymond served as this year’s honorary Captain which included the laying of a ceremonial wreath and a salute from the Pittsburgh Fire Department.

"Shared Space" is a tool that allows scenographers to create virtual sound spheres in any space in a museum. This new experience offers the public the possibility to merge more deeply with works of art. While wearing headphones, the visitor is at the center of every sound. Depending on their location in the museum, the visitor can focus on a specific sound, story, or sound texture. In this way, senses other than sight, may be aroused and stimulated.

There is only so much room on a branch of our evergreen trees. These two were only going to share it for a little while as the mourning dove later pecked at the sparrow to leave.
Each year, DDB Canada's offices showcases their culture of creativity by hosting Share DDB, a unique fundraising event where staff members contribute items to the silent auction. Items range from photography, paintings and handmade jewellery to rock-climbing lessons, sailing adventures, catered gourmet dinners and more. Anything that can be imagined (and made) can be submitted for staff, their significant others, clients, suppliers and invited guests to bid on.
The proceeds are split between two deserving charities selected by staff. Share DDB 2013 in Vancouver raised $25,000 for two very deserving charities, the James Lee Foundation and Music Heals.
