I strive to bring up my children in a caring, sharing kind of way.
It doesn't work most of the time.
But I keep trying.
And today it happened.
My daughter shared something with me - her cold.
I am feeling shivery and sore.
My throat hurts and my bones ache.
I thought a shower would help.
Whatever these playful pictures may tell you the truth is that after I blogged I went to bed.

Ok, I finally splurge on a Canon L lens... It was a tough decision for myself to justify why I need a good lens.
Well, it is decided. I need it. Period.
It was rainy and gloomy this weekend. I had to work today on a sunday... and rushed home to test out this lens.... It is heavy, but feels very smooth. I think I am starting to get spoilt.

BC Beef Day is a shared promotion between the BC Government, BC Cattlemen’s Association, BC Association of Cattle Feeders, BC Association of Abattoirs, and the BC Breeder and Feeder Association. The celebration is about recognizing the ranching sector’s contribution to communities throughout the province, and acts as an unofficial kickoff to grilling season in B.C.
The Government is creating opportunities for BC ranchers, which includes export markets, but also involves growing local markets through efforts including Buy BC, Grow BC, and Feed BC.
