More painting with light,
just experimenting with different patterns and there meanings...
I am looking to buy some different coloured light..
The glass only stays pliable for around 10 seconds after coming out of the furnace. It is a constant cycle of heat and shape, heat and shape.
I framed this image by using the shape of the holder thingy to fully fill the screen against the light background. The center of the holder in on the focal point and on one of the vertical focus lines. I gave emphasis to my subject by making it darker than the background and focusing on the texture of the center. I edited the image so that the space around the main focus was not as colorful to make the holder stand out more to the human eye. The objective was shape and i was shooting on macro close up. I like the texture shown in the knot of the holder and how it stands out against the white background.

1) This image shows the element of Shape. This tire is a great representation of that.
2) When I saw this tire I though I saw all the different shaped in it and snapped the picture.
3) I think the details of the tire that come out of the picture make it very visually striking.
4) I could have taken the image further in so you do not get the ground in in the photo.

If you look closely there's a cat right in the center, it was my original subject but once i had it developed I liked it more for the shapes of the buildings slotting together.
