1. The element displayed in the image is shape. Shape is shown in the image because of the circular shape of the apple. The apple is the first thing most would see in the image, it stands out as the object with a shape because it is a 2 dimensional figure.

I've walked by these hydrants many many times. I took this photo while on a mentorship outing with the Sackville Photography club. I like the simple shapes and textures of these hydrants.

Shape: The shapes of each object are technically tetrominoes which are geometric shapes, created by connected squares. What I found interesting is that you can put all these shapes together and form a square (although one piece is missing...).

Shaping is the hardest part. It's not so much about making pretty shapes as it is about making sure the stuffing won't escape during steaming.
To begin, pinch the dough circle into a small fold.
1. This photo represents Shape. The photo consists of many different squares in 3 different colours. The coloured squares create an even bigger square and even a rectangle.
2. The subject matter of this picture is the blue square and the red rectangle.
3. The squares in general. They way that the small squares make up different shapes really makes the photo successful.
4. If I could re shoot I would try to get more of the coloured shapes into the shot.
