we broke away from our route to go to a village to look for water, and found a wonderful "natural fuente" under the shade of an old apple tree. We spent a long time here relaxing and cooling off

The temporary hospital is set up in big tents, and these are covered in shade cloth ... but the temperature inside the tents can still get up to 40 degrees.
