I moved to Burien five months ago and I am very honored, and grateful to have the opportunity to introduce my self to you, my new community, here at the Burien Community Center. All the work that you see has been inspired by my new surrounds; especially the yard. It has been a long time dream of mine to have one and its presence fills up my life.
So much so, that it spills out and into my studio, its walls, these walls and maybe your walls in the future.

To get the shot I used my black background and set the magnet with the pins on it, the camera was had held so I could work the different angels. The flash was set to 1/4 so not to over expose the image.
Bicester town center is where Red Rose (Y358LCK 50520) an East Lanc bodied Dennis Dart is seen having just worked service 17 from Aylesbury and is about to depart to make the return trip. This vehicle was new to Red Rose in 2001 along with sister (Y359LCK)
On the county lanes near the Venturer Coachways depot in Debach (Suffolk) is this 1983 Leyland Tiger TRCTL11/2R East Lancs EL2000 (WPH135Y) new to London Country TL51 with ECW B51 body. Previously operated for Hedingham & District L148. The bus is now preserved and can see occasional use on the companys school contracts.
Having just departed Aylesbury bus station is Arriva the shires (Y47HBT 0447) a 2001 Optare Solo seen operating service Red Route 9 to Stoke Mandeville Hospital. New to buckinghamshire County Council.
AMT 1347 has six Comet cars in a matching paint scheme as it crosses CP's bridge over the St. Lawrence River on its way to Montreal.

A rare one in the UK
In 1980 Ferrari introduced a two-litre version of the 308, called the 208 GTB and 208 GTS. aimed chiefly at the domestic (Italian) market, where sub 2 litre cars attracted a much lower value added tax (VAT), they were also listed in New Zealand. The 208GTB was considered one of the slowest Ferraris ever, though producing 153bhp via its four Weber 34 DCNF carburettors.
In 1982 the 208GTB was replaced by the 208GTB Turbo unveiled at the Turin Motorshow. It was the first ever turbocharged road-going Ferrari.
The 208's engine was given a single KKK turbocharger with wastegate valve, Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection and Marelli electronic ignition. Forced induction increased power to 217bhp Both outside and inside the 208 Turbo was almost identical to the contemporary 308 Quattrovalvole. It could be recognized by NACA ducts in front of the rear wheel wheel openings and "turbo" badging on the tail and shrouded exhaust pipes; the normally optional deep front spoiler, black roof aileron were standard.

A ' fall on ' for Michael ... He told me that he had no idea that this was coming.... The DEMU Pullman Set was photographed betwixt Swan Village and Hill Top. It's 6.39pm on Sunday 24th April,1966. This is ECS, with the set presumably returning from attention at Swindon, and all being well, it would be off to London Paddington at 7am on Monday. Introduced in 1960, the design was clearly a front runner for the IC125 HST of the mid 1970's. How pleasing to see one retro liveried today. The beguiling livery of Nanking Blue with Pullman crests was totally ruined aesthetically with the mandatory addition of full yellow ends from 1967.

Happy Holidays-The Grinch meets Frosty
We had the windy chill against us, lucky for me I have a dedicated partner who picked up my slack in the 25th hour when I just about gave in to the cold. All in all a fun little production and happy with the results despite some of the challenges. Happy Holidays to yah all and to a new year of goodness that awaits us all.
About to drop off at Tring Rose & Crown is Dennis Dart (SN51TCY) of Redline Buses working service 164 to Cheddington via Ivinghoe having just come from Aylesbury bus station. New to London United in 2001 as DPS589.
Awaiting to depart outside the Luton Mall is Arriva the Shires & Essex (N39JPP 5139) a Northern Counties Volvo Olympian working route 25 to the Marsh Farm estate. New to Luton & District in 1996 now one of three sister vehicles left in service.
