The setting corn moon in the west as the sun is about to break the horizon in the east created a beautiful pastel glow.
hoping the rain holds out long enough for her to take flight...
I wish I would have seen her emerge... they are definitely not like the Monarchs, but after planting all their host plants in my garden, I hope to raise many of my own.... this was one of two chrysalis my friend gave me... they made their chrysalis August 2021!

The moon set over the Bridger Mountains was really pretty this morning. The fog drifted in just as it was sinking behind the mountain so it's not as bright as it was earlier.
