I have a quart jar full of round sequins of several sizes and lots of colors. Most of these (I would say at least 80%) are left over from the multitude of projects and ornaments I have made over the last 50+ years.

the macromonday theme for this coming monday is multicolored-- how about these sequins close-up?? the colors show up depending upon how the sequins are oriented to catch the light.
These very special red sequinned stilettos were given to me as a gift from my very dear friend Jesse. You can imagine my absolute delight upon receiving such a special gift.
Not only are they gorgeous and sparkly and red, but the soles and inner part of the heel are lined with silver sparkles that shine ever so brightly when they catch the light. They are amazing!
I think in a former life they may have walked a certain yellow brick road!

i wanted to make these cute mushroom ornaments and somehow ended up with a giant sequinned mushroom.
These type of dresses do seem to shed sequins everywhere... I'll be finding them around the house for months. Probably just as well my missus knows about my girl side or I could have some explaining to do!

This dress seems to be quite popular, so I'll post one more pic. I've had a few offers over the years from people wanting to buy it off me as the store I got it from no longer sells it. If I'd known back then, I'd have got a whole load of them and made some cash on the side!
