I'm not sure how this started, and yet here we are, already there. The beautiful scenery and the idyllic peacefulness. And yet...
That state of relaxed contemplation remains just out of reach; something is out of kilter.
Dog Sequence
I was in the city of Newburgh by the Hudson River with my dad one day, when all of a sudden I saw a dog swimming by itself in the water. I thought it was very interesting and peculiar and began to take pictures when it suddenly came out of the water towards me. It then proceeded to wander down the path looking for its owner. I chose to include this sequence because it tells an amusing story and also shows how anything can become art.

The mission of this project is to design a two-story house on a 25' x 25' floor plan with less than 100 square feet extension.
The idea of this complex is to provide a connection between the exterior and interior on a small floor plan by applying interesting architectural elements to the building.
The lower level of the house is the public zone with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room and access to the garden. The upper level of the house has a bedroom, balcony, and a hallway to observe the lower level of the house.
One of the main feature of this house is the stair case. It is built to gradually merge out from the exterior wall. It illustrate a perception of openness. From the inside, it creates an illusion of walking outward from the house structurally. At the end of the stair case to the upper level, one can observe the exterior view through the two glass wall connected by the angle of the building. Its an idea of walking outward and back to the inside of the house.
Another feature of this house is the triangular floor plan bedroom. One of the angle in the bedroom is a 40 degree. Two four feet width glass walls are built on both side of the angle to create a wider opening for a panoramic view to the outside. A reading area is also built in the bedroom, which contains a custom desk place underneath a window that open to the second floor balcony. This provides a connection between the private exterior space to the bedroom interior.
The kitchen has a semi circle counter top to create a better flow between the living room, dining room and the garden. In the dining room, a twelve feet long bi-fold door provides access to the garden. It also is an extension space for the dining area to the garden area.
At last, in the exterior, the overlapping fence is to create a playful feeling rather than a intense straight wall that fencing away the public and private space.
I put these 3 together just for funsies :)
The acceleration dolphins can get out of water always astonishes me, I'd love to have the view that trainer gets.

If you look carefully (on large view) you will see three detonators placed on the left hand rail, 10 yards apart. The train protection rule meant I had to walk back 3/4 mile setting one detonator at 1/4 mile. one more at 1/2 mile and these three at 3/4 mile. Well clear of the dets I stood with my red flag waiting for the rescue locomotive to arrive from the north. Fortunately it wasn't raining.
The line curves round to the right and Leicester North station. One of the railway's long term plans is to restore double track on this section of line.

Tiny 8/16 Step Sequencer, Values are stored digitally with 8Bit Digital accuracy. To program you choose the desired Step with the Step Pot, then adjust the CV Value with the CV Pot. Values are stored permanently in an internal EEprom
The 10 LED Display shows the Step played, the Mode and the Step which is currently edited.
Mode determines wether the Sequencer moves
• forward
• forward and backwards (thus playing the outer Steps twice)
• cycles (plays the outer Steps once)
• randomly
• acts as a Turing Machine Random Sequencer
The GREEN Sequencer can be synced by a Standard +5V Gate, internally to a RED LFO or completely tied to an external GREEN Controler.
CV Output is from 0…5V
