For a brown skinned woman, being able to look in the mirror and love what you see is a true act of rebellion.

I am trying hard to learn to rebel.

I was listening to Fleetwood Mac's Rumours as I took these Self Portraits.

Edit: I'm adding this after recieving some comments. I've realised that I need to explain the concept more.

The reason why you don't see the whole person (e.g. the face) is because I wanted to put emphasis on the idea that sometimes we get ideas about something or soemone by seeing just a small part of them. And that sometimes that's not the way they are. And also that sometimes rumours can start from a situation where someone doesn't see the whole picture.

I hope I've conveyed my idea a bit clearer.

All the junk on my desk is now packed and ready to go, including my main computer system. My laptop is old and slow, but it works! Probably not going to be commenting much until after I move.

Hello!!!! I *finally* got my laptop back and fingers crossed it's working this time. It did come back a month ago, then promptly died taking 2 weeks of 365 with it, sniff :( I've a couple of months worth of pics so I'm going to post a few a day till I'm back on track. But first I'm going to go nosy at some streams and see what i've missed while I've been away :)

Our cousin. He already 12 years old. But because of his physical he dont like a 12 years old kid. Everybody love him and he is a good boy and inteligent.

I visited two pet shops yesterday but nahhhh...couldn't find any.

And here's the Medusa effect you get when you take them out. I only kept them in full glory for a couple of hours, at which point I brushed my hair for the new Park County Library groundbreaking--although of course then I realized most of the other staff were in costume.
