Back in the day when I used to print my photos, selenium tone was my favorite. I love the blue-ish purple hue that is created. Here's a shot at trying to replicate it in the digital darkroom of Photoshop CS2.

This is also from when *Mike and I had the opportunity to meet and shoot with darkmatter and SF Buckaroo this past weekend. It was great to chat with fellow flickr'ers! Especially those whose photos I admire so much.

I don't have a large enough scanner to accommodate a 11x14 print, so I just photographed it with my DSLR. When I'm able to, I will scan a better image.

Selenium is a portable software testing framework for web applications. Selenium provides a playback tool for authoring tests without the need to learn a test scripting language. It also provides a test domain-specific language to write tests in a number of popular programming languages, including Java, C#, Groovy, Perl, PHP, Python, Ruby, and Scala.

Another sunny day in Perth where the weather never changes... seemingly.
this is a bridge near fremantle in west australia. its near the old switching yards close to leighton beach and I had originally pulled over to climb it and get a better view of the dingo flour refinery on stirling highway. the long and short of it was the refinery the ended up second best to amazing texture and interplay of light and dark this bridge had.

“Honey, don’t turn off the humidifier!” This photograph was made one morning in January, 2003, when the outside temperature was nine degrees below–definitely too cold to be outside with the view camera. I love the patterns of ice that form on the storm windows here in New Hampshire, and I had only a few minutes when the light was just right to capture this image from inside our bedroom.

It's been awhile since I've uploaded an anything; been working with color film and cross processing lately. These negatives are from 2011 and printed in early 2012. The paper is Agfa Portiga-Rapid PRW123 (soft, chamois matte surface) c. 1960. Developed in Moersch SE5 Lith and toned in Selenium.
Saw these discs drying in the sun as I descended Arunachala. I assumed they were to be used for fuel, and I saw a funeral pyre fueled by them in another Flickr photo. Because the rocks reminded me of whales, I used a selenium tint to give the feel of ocean, somewhat.
