Catawba Falls is a multi-segmented waterfall that is estimated to be 100 feet. Due to its orientation and the surrounding terrain, it can be difficult to capture in one shot. This is a shot of a middle segment of the falls.
Last week I saw your clip at the end of the newscast for a "picture of the day" segment.
I am attatching picture of my two year old that was taken "while daddy was in charge." Lesson learned, don't leave dad in charge when the NFL playoffs are on! This is lipstick eventhough it looks like paint!

Comissão Especial de Liberdade Religiosa toma posse na OAB-GO. Em sessão solene, a OAB-GO deu posse, nesta quarta-feira (29), à diretoria e membros da nova Comissão Especial de Liberdade Religiosa. Day 4 (Segment 28)

Segment 28 is the final segment of the Colorado Trail for those who start in Denver, as I did several years ago. It is 21.5 miles to Durango, all ‘downhill’. Not really, but Segment 27 boasts the last time above 12,000 feet. Afternoon thunderstorms wouldn’t be as threatening. The storms I anticipated for today hadn’t materialized but the day wasn’t over.
Getting to the Pass wasn’t too difficult and once there had some nice views of where I had been while taking a short break. Hiking on the other side of the Pass was steep and treacherous in some places. Following a narrow gulch it seemed to take forever to get down.
After 16ish miles for the day, I finally found a flat spot at the Junction Creek bridge. It was loose dirt and although trees were nearby the site did not have direct tree cover. Normally, I wouldn’t be too concerned but I was still thinking about the potential rain. Of course, I did start to hear thunder.
