Look closely and you can see the seeds blowing from the center flower.

They look like hot peppers, but these bright orange beauties were actually seed pods of some kind.

When I found this seed pod I didn't know what it was but have since looked it up online and it is a Rubber tree seed pod.

The seed inside was found floating in the ocean so I don't know what it is for sure but it fits in the pod so nicely don't you agree?

It measures 9cm across and 14cm long. it just fits in my hand.

I am ecstatic about H. 'Fried Bananas' forming some big seedpods this year. I have two 'Fried Banana' hosta, and only this one set pods
