I'm not really sure what's going on with this car... but there's a lot of things that don't make sense to me. The placement of the lights in the rear window seems odd to me. The driver appeared to be retired and had a younger adult female friend. Non-municipal license plate and strange markings. I'm thinking it's a volunteer security car? Not really sure. Thoughts anyone?

Perlyn has been a security guard for 10 years. It was her first job. She chose this profession because the schedule enabled her to take-up night classes. She eventually finished a 4-year course in criminology. She plans to take up the board next year that would qualify her to apply in the military force. Yes, she wants to be in a SWAT team. So she is presently reviewing for the board. She has a regiment to stay fit and is also into networking. She sells health products and her robust physique attests to the effectiveness of her vitamins. She says she is fond of selfies and it became apparent in her ability to strike several poses.
She was the guard-on-duty behind the chapel where they had religious dioramas. I asked her if I could take her picture for the project. She immediately said yes; as she explained, she loves selfies so she didn't mind having someone else take her picture.

Nuclear Security in Big Cities
Large, bustling cities are home to billions around world. In them, people often congregate in dense crowds, for example during rush hour. Security experts, including those focusing on nuclear security, work hard to deter any threats to these vital centres, and to ensure that authorities are ready to handle security-related emergencies. The IAEA supports Member States in work to integrate nuclear security applications in major urban areas, for example through workshops.

We are staying the same hotel as Obama, and the security detail is fascinating in its detail. Watched the motorcade arriving at midnight last night as we happened to be returning from dinner at the same time.
Questions about the security of U.S. borders and effectiveness of U.S. border controls have been compounded by recent events in Europe and migration from Central America. However, political rhetoric obscures the complexity of North American border relations, which are actually dominated by the growth of beneficial and legal cross-border trade and travel.
On March 16, Foreign Policy at Brookings’s Latin America Initiative and Americas Society/Council of the Americas co-hosted a two-panel discussion exploring how new policies for the U.S.-Mexico border can balance the benefits of a continued rise of legal travel and trade with the simultaneous need for Mexico and the United States to work collaboratively to improve border security.
