On the occasion of Datta Jayanti, gave some besan laddoo, a favorite of Sri Swami Samarth, to the Security folks at Palm 🌴 Meadows and the Security guy's name turned out be Samarth!
I was really really bored so i started to sketch out random weird stuff. Eventually i'll get around to clean these up.
The was a security border fence on the Israeli-Jordan border. Unfortunatly this is the harsh reality.

Permissible use: The user will be granted free of charge a simple use right to the picture exclusively for editorial, journalistic reporting about MESSE ESSEN, an event of MESSE ESSEN or an event taking place on the fair site of MESSE ESSEN in online and print media, in films and on TV. For the reporting media, the use of the picture material with a copyright notice and a specimen copy will be allowed free of charge. The user undertakes to utilise and publish the information assigned to the picture, particularly caption and photographer, in a correct way when using it. Any other use will require the consent of Messe Essen GmbH. Messe Essen will not be liable for the infringement of rights of depicted people and/or objects. Messe Essen will not grant any personality, ownership, artistic, trademark or similar rights. The user alone will be responsible for obtaining the above rights. It will not be allowed to sell or pass on the picture file to third parties or to copy or otherwise duplicate this picture file on to any types of data carriers without authorisation.
Here is how Social Security opponents would like us to look at it. They see our excess Payroll Taxes - the money that is labeled "Social Security" on our paystubs - as going towards normal government spending. They claim there is no Trust Fund, or that it is empty. On top of that, government spending is still too large, and so they claim that it is reason to cut Social Security benefits.
This is important to understand thoroughly. This advocates borrowing from Social Security and refusing to pay it back.
This also is taking money that is designed to go chiefly towards are least advantaged members of society, and spending it on other government expenses including income tax cuts, which benefit richer members of society.

pickpocketing and bag snatching are strong pastimes in buenos aires. i was warned more than a few times by wait staff and complete strangers to mind my bag-- while i was being careful, i don't think i demonstrate my attentiveness very well. anyhoo, here's one cafe's solution: strap it in. if the thief comes a-snatchin', they'll be taking your entire table with them.
