In 1952, the Security Council met in Paris, France. The three newly elected members of the UN Security Council took their seats for the first time on January 17, when the council reconvened for its first meeting of the year. This is a general view of the meeting at which Greece, Pakistan and Chile were represented.

This little guy will eventually get an actual name and backstory -- for the time being though, the basic idea is that he is security personnel at a spaceport. Kind of fun how he combines parts from Lobot, Boba Fett from the old-school Cloud City, Mutt Williams and Mon Mothma.

Taken at Animatic Con held at the Holiday Inn Eastgate in the Eastgate suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. This guy was providing security at the event - no - for real! How many people do you think tried to sneak past him or cause any trouble? I know I didn't and wouldn't! How about you?
Because Heather asked.... This is the end of a rack I built to hold the camper shell I had on my pickup truck in 2011, when I visited Heathers home in Ontario as part of the travels. I prefer having my truck open ;-). I made the rack to keep it off the ground- it's some cinderblocks with 2x4s arranged in a grid. This is looking down at the top of a piece of steel rebar I ran through the hood to keep it from sliding around. The light on the wood is what caught my attention, and abstracting it from the larger scene gives it mystery.
The chinchilla, Mr. Chin, seemed to be quite relaxed with Ms. French.
