This is Weymoth seafront. I took this pic on a cold, damp, October day using HDR. As you can see the results are amazing!
Shot with Fuji Superia (ISO200), Cross Processed (C41).
Gives an interesting blue, something I may have to explore, although it would be a combination for the cross processing and/or Reciprocity failure.
An absolute 1930's gem I came across last night! Two toilets flushed. Two very old pans which I can't remember the name of and a newer Twyford Classic. Needed a double pull on the first one and was slow but jumped into action after a while. The Twyford has a large clank when the chain was pulled, it was noisy and powerful The urinals were ceremics
So things got a bit boring at home. Another drive away and ended up down in Felixstowe. Not the greatest of shots but I'm still learning the new 40D.
Phone and internet connection still not working. It's been nearly 2 weeks.
I spend half an hour in a call box yesterday, negotiating an automated system before getting through to someone whose accent I could hardly understand only to have them tell me what I already knew: that an underground cable needs replacing which means getting in "the contractors". When pressed to estimage a time she thought days rather than weeks or months but didn't sound very sure. She also said she would text me an update which has not arrived.
I feel seriously out of touch with the work and just don't know what to do to get them to fix it ...
