Taken on Brighton seafront recently. Loved the silver umbrella/parasol and the leading lines of railings and shadows.
Its my birthday on next Sunday and given that its number 60 I thought I needed to be away from grey damp England. So I am going to Spain for a few days hopefully walking down this seafront on a bright day and having a birthday lunch of seafood and white wine.
See you guys in a week or so
THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT HAVE A GREAT DAY
Another looking back widescreen shot from our walk! In theory I could throw them all at you in one go but I thought it was nicer to have a view each day (particularly as we haven't been on any trips lately!!) The way the fence bends always catches my eye.
First evening in Eastbourne and I get treated to a beauty of a sunset with colours more akin to sunrise but I'm not complaining.
This was taken from Eastbourne pier using a combination of filters of which i can't remember exactly but Im sure it involved a polariser as well as a full ND filter and a grad 0.6....
Anyway it produced a stunning colour palette of blues and pinks
One from Yaverland, yesterday. It was windy and overcast, and we all enjoyed it!

This is the main seafront road in Morecambe in the north of Lancashire. The town only really dates from the middle of the 19th century, with the arrival of the railways. At one point, it was one of the leading seaside resorts in England, with two traditional seaside piers, a large railway station on the seafront, and the Winter Gardens complex. Sadly, all these have now gone. However, it retains its vast sandy beaches and the glorious views of the Lake District mountains across Morecambe Bay. Its Stone Jetty, which once enabled steam trains to connect with the Irish Sea ferries, is now its only pier. Its former railway station and ferry terminal is now a very pleasant cafe.

Week #32 ~ Hockney Collage/Mosaic
David Hockney is a British artist - painter and photographer. I'm a fan of his work, so it was great to get this challenge. See his work on: www.hockneypictures.com
