Sculpey on wire and foil armature.
The crow body is complete and awaiting wings and legs. The feathers are prepped to go onto a wired wing base.
My friend Bryan & I placed "Sculpy" (the sculpture I made) in the K-State Union parking lot at 3 a.m. one day, unapproved and unsolicited. It remained for a couple years.
Here, my dad and brother and I finally take Sculpy down, as they're building a new parking garage on the premises.
I am messing with spraypaint.... and a design by Camo, well I stretched it out a bit, and I need to add tons of more paint, like eyes and mouth and such, (which I'll do with stencils or brush or course), this was just my first coat, I did all three colors real quick together, and even misted a couple together, (experimenting) ;)
the handmade flower is made by this cool guy down at the downtown mall, he makes them from some other plants stalking, (that would work great for wicker baskets and such). He doesn't ask money for them, just gives them out, and accepts 'offerrings', (how cool is that) One day I saw him making crickets and other things with the same material... I'll have to get one next time i c him...
Brooches for the master and commander. Both were cast in resin from a sculpt in super sculpy. The silver was primed and sprayed silver with a dusting of black. Then black acrylic in the corners for weathering and pewter rub and buff for the highlights.
The bronze one had bronze powder added to the cast and was then polished with a Dremel. Black acrylic was added in the corners for weathering. Both were then sealed in gloss mod podge.

I've been working on a 1/64th scale sculpture of a 1975 Mercury Bobcat in Sculpy. I'm sculpting it using a road test article from a 1975 Road & Track magazine for reference. This is an in progress photo.
This little guy is sitting on a nickel to show how itty he is. He will be my necklace once he's baked and his face has been painteed on. He's the first of this type I've made and he's a bit lopsided but I don't care. I can see myself making more of these until I get really good at it.

I used the one mould I made a little while ago to make 3 more 'masters'. I found it really hard to measure such a small amount of resin so im making more moulds. :)
Here are the three resin plaster masters waiting for the new silicone.
