The very first ever Digital Photography class under the graphic design associates degree at Full Sail. In Lab 07, we went to the green screen room and used their lights to photograph a product. The "product" was the three dimensional logos the students had sculpted with Sculpy and paint for their Logos & Symbols class, which they take alongside of Digital Photography. After the logo has been photographed from several different angles, the student sketches the lighting set up and saves an 800 x 600 version of the file. We discuss distracting shadows, soft boxes, lighting to show off an object's three dimensional qualities, and showing enough detail in shadows.

Science Police body, Kabuki head, sculpy bandanna and finger

Art doll I made in a from super sculpy, fabric painted with multi-layers, and a faux frosted glass lampshade.

Sculpy and Acrylic Paint.

All tiles are handmolded (i created molds with supersculpy using various textures and jewelry pieces) and made of polymer clay with painted, antiqued surfaces, sealed with satin polyurethane. the blingbling and dollar signs tiles were molded from a plastic hip-hop jewelry set i bought at the dollar store

Its super rough but I wanted to get a quick sculpt on how I wanted it to look like.

So i'm pretty happy with the design and once I get the "super sculpy", I will redo the sculpt.

This figure is the biggest one I've made. It was a huge plaster mold for the head! I've since broken the mold, but there were about 20 pours, and several in this edition were made into just busts.
