My pump has been beeping low battery since Friday, there is one test strip left in the box, the low insulin cartridge beep started this afternoon and my phone battery is dying...

I could've cut paper cleaner with my teeth than with the scissors I was using.

Time to change everything!

This is my scissor stash. The three on the

bottom are: (from left to right) Bonsai trimming but are great sharp snips for applique, disposable surgery scissors that have a long sharp cutting nose, and scissors from a beading kit with an attached cover and a permanent ring (near the handle) just add a ribbon to wear.

Turns out normal scissors or other cutting devices have the focus of pressure too far from the tip to be used to cut the plastic straps. My thumb and forefinger got quite worn out by the time I had cut the plastic out of a dozen or so of these fake cobbles.

I love the way the vendors lay everything out so beautifully.
