R614 rolls into the Lynch complex and are seen here moments after they began to scan the cars. Once finished, Bucket will take the list and reverse it so that when loading, the cars will be in the right order. The old Lynch 2 silo loader is seen behind the train.
Camp Forrest, at the Exchange. From Wikipedia - Camp Forrest, located in Tullahoma, Tennessee, was one of the U.S. Army's largest training bases during World War II. It was an active army post between 1941 and 1946.
I used FermiLab engineering paper to do my homwork. During scanning, accidental error art was created.
I was scanning some of my wifes old family slides and came across these I thought I would add to Flickr.
Some scans from long time ago. During a trip in France I decided to do some scuba diving. I've got my PADI advanced open water so it was easy to get on board and dive close to places where I did some snorkeling when I was a kid. I was pleasantly surprised when there were more young divers on board.

Note there's no power required; the scanner is powered by USB from the Dell netbook with a huge battery life which allowed me to scan old photos all afternoon.

This scan was made form slides I shot more than 20 years ago and with a home scanner, sorry for all the scratches and granularity. All Multi exposures where made on film, no dark room manipulation here, just raw scans with the the original dusty look as you can see :-)
