From a Janet Granger kit.

A living room decor decal kit! Has a wallpaper border/panel, 2 wall art print decals, a rug decal, and an extra swatch of decal material for making extras like lampshades, placemats, etc.!

Oh man! I had to study many real hairballs, courtesy of our three cats, before I made the 1/12th scale ones.

Yes, I took photos of the real thing to help make my mini ones. If you're gonna make minis, you really need a sense of humour!

The tiny planters look really great inside, makes me think they should be admired just the way they are, with no plants :)

The outhouse is nicely tucked away behind the trees.

All of the five counties of NYC can be seen in this photo from the Panorama at the Queens Museum of Art of NYC.

Those wonderful copper pieces are from Julie Rodgers.

One of six sets (spice rack, salt shaker and pepper mill) I made for a swap.

Okay, so the fridge looks a bit strange, but Mrs. Schwartz is happy with it. The freezer compartment has an opening door. I still have to make the crisper drawer on the bottom.

The firdge is very loosely based on a 1952 Philco fridge that belonged to my parents and that is still in use at their cottage.

The stove has two working doors and an oven rack. In real life, it would be 21 inches wide, which is the size of the one at my parents' cottage.

real pearls and itty sapphire on the square box

A nature preserve and major body of water located in southern Queens. A view from the Panorama at the Queens Museum of Art of NYC.

This is the first piece of half-scale furniture I've made and I can't believe it has an opening drawer that works!! It's made to look rustic and well used, and will go in the Irish cottage I made.

It still needs finishing and the drawer needs a knob.

I made all the upstairs furniture seen here. The candle on the little table lights up.

An aerial view of a bit of Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx...sort of. Actually a scale miniature of New York City at the Queens Museum of Art. More pics to come.

Christmas garlands, table cloths, and place mats.

Garden Gnome, dressed in blue silk tunic and brown pants wearing his furry boots for the season.

I made the rolls of wrapping paper, the ribbons and the tape dispenser.

i'm going to paint the interior.it'll be used for bag and box storage

details on my blog!

Variegated ivy from a kit by Pascale Garnier.

...And what to her horrified gaze did she see,

Santa’s black boots coming down the chimney.

“Oh no!” shrieked Elmira. “I completely forgot!”

“If those boots touch the cauldron, the potion is shot!”
